After you contact us with your dates and vehicle preference, we confirm availability and provide a detailed agreement. The vehicle can be delivered to your hotel or any address in Taipei, or you can collect it from our location. Valid driver's license and identification are required. We walk through vehicle features and provide bilingual support contact information before your journey begins.
What insurance coverage is included?
Comprehensive insurance is included in all rental packages, covering vehicle damage, third-party liability, and passenger protection. Additional coverage options are available for specific needs. We explain the coverage details clearly before you depart and provide 24-hour support in case of any road incidents.
Can I pick up and return at different locations?
